Once you schedule your initial one-hour intake appointment, you will receive an email containing a few documents for you to review. During the intake appointment, I will ask you about your current challenges and your goals for treatment. I will also answer your questions to ensure that you feel comfortable entrusting her with your care.

Yes. Currently, virtual sessions are conducted through a HIPAA compliant-video platform that will allow you to engage in therapy from the comfort of your own home! If in person sessions work better for you, I am available to meet in person in Livingston, New Jersey and the surrounding area.

Payment is due at the time of services. I am an out-of-network provider and do not currently participate with any insurance companies. I will provide you with weekly or monthly invoices for you to submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network reimbursement. I am happy to provide specific details about fees based on your treatment needs. 

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please let me know at least 48-hours in advance to avoid incurring a late cancellation fee.

Individual therapy sessions are 45 minutes long. Group therapy sessions are 90 minutes.  Intake appointments are 60 minutes for adults, and 120 minutes for children and teenagers, which includes one 60-minute meeting with parent(s) or guardian(s) and one 60-minute meeting with the child or adolescent.

I am currently practicing remotely through a HIPAA complaint video platform and in person in Livingston, New Jersey. I am licensed to treat individuals located in the states of New York & New Jersey, and all PSYPACT states.
